Delivery times

We will contact you by telephone once we have received your order to confirm a delivery date with you and ask further information regarding access to your delivery address. Our standard delivery times are Mon – Fri: 8am – 6pm excluding weekends and bank holidays. The range of delivery vehicles we use can be seen on the delivery tab of our website.

PLEASE DO NOT PLACE AN ORDER IF YOU ARE NOT CONFIDENT THAT THE DELIVERY LOCATION COMPLIES WITH THE FOLLOWING REQUIREMENTS:

We are able to deliver goods to selected postcode destinations throughout Devon & Cornwall (restrictions apply). To confirm we are able to deliver to your postcode please call the office on 01503 240 308

If any items you order are not available we will contact you and discuss how you wish to proceed. This will be via your provided telephone number or email address.

We are unable to deliver to multiple addresses.

Deliveries can be made via a crane off-load lorry. If you require this for your delivery or are unsure that we can get the vehicle to your delivery address please contact us before placing your order to discuss.

Deliveries will not be made where the ground condition is uneven, not suitable to unload or likely to cause damage to any of our vehicles.

We will not leave products on public property unless written consent is provided by the relevant authority confirming agreement of delivery to location.

A signature is required on delivery. However, goods can be left without being signed for when a prior arrangement has been made between Bond Timbre and the customer.

Bond Timber will not accept responsibility for goods which are lost or stolen after they have been delivered in accordance with any prior arrangement.

Deliveries are to kerbside only and orders will be cancelled if the delivery vehicle is unable to safely access the delivery address.

Returns & Cancellation

Please keep your invoice for anything you buy from us. It will ensure we can help you, if you need to bring something back.

Products delivered to you

If you buy a product which we deliver to you, you may cancel your order (or any part of it) for any reason before delivery or within 45 days after delivery by:

Alternatively, returning the product to our store at Bond Timber, Bake Sawmill, Trerulefoot, Saltash, Cornwall, PL12 5BW with your invoice and credit/debit card used for payment. This is subject to the following conditions:

The product must be unused

Orders which are cut, painted, machined or made to measure to your requirements will not be exchanged or refunded

You will receive a full refund of the price paid including any delivery charges. If you return a part of an order, we will recalculate any applicable delivery charge for the remaining part of the order and also deduct this from the refund.

We reserve the right to refuse a return or to require proof of identity

YOUR CONSUMER RIGHTS ARE NOT AFFECTED

Faulty Products

Should the goods supplied be faulty or damaged, either inform the driver or, if the driver has left the delivery location call 01503 240 308 to arrange replacement goods. Bond Timber will aim to replace faulty goods within 2 working days of you notifying us. Lines are open Monday to Friday 8am – 5pm excluding bank holidays.

If the product you purchase is faulty, we may offer a repair, exchange or refund as appropriate in accordance with your consumer rights
